Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of service professionals to excel in the automotive industry.
- Drive customer satisfaction, profitability, and service accuracy.
- Oversee repair procedures and maintain dealership standards.
- Provide technical guidance to staff and assist with complex diagnostics.
- Manage shop tools, equipment, and organization to maximize efficiency.
- Train and develop team members for continuous skill enhancement.
- Monitor productivity and performance to ensure goals are met.
- Coordinate staff training and development initiatives.
- Provide timely assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
- Foster a culture of outstanding customer service through coaching and mentoring.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of automotive experience, ideally in Fixed Operations.
- Proven leadership skills with a knack for motivating and guiding a team.
- Highly organized, hardworking, and self-driven.
- Strong time management abilities to manage a busy service department.
- Prior managerial experience is a strong asset.
