We are currently seeking to hire a live-in Superintendent(s) for a well-managed, well-maintained building located in Pleasant Orangeville… The location with the 4’s:

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
This position may or may-not be considered with >>ALL<>PART<< of the Superintendent and Maintenance component’s attached.
Building Superintendent’s potential summary of duties and responsibilities are:
– Immediate Readiness to Respond to an Emergency Situation
– Daily Building Safety and Security Monitoring and Oversight
– Routine Monitoring of Fire Safety Equipment and Systems
– Monthly Fire Equipment Inspections and Oversight
– Routine Waist and Recycling Management and Oversight
– Routine Building Cleaning, Grounds-keeping and Oversight
– Receive and Deliver Notices between Landlord, Tenants and Other
– Routine Parking-lot Monitoring, Enforcement and Oversight
– Promptly Report to Manager all Pertinent Incidences and Info
– Assist in the Enforcement of all Building Rules and By-laws
– Promote Positive Tenant Relations and Communications
– Act as a Positive Liaison between Manager and Tenants
– Assist in the Problem Solving with our Residents
– Any Occasional Day-to-Day Issues and Challenges that may arise in Apartment Building Operations
– Regular Stockroom and Inventory Organizing and Oversight
– Re-rent Ad Call-response and Monitoring.
– Unit-showing’s, Cleanup’s, Touchup’s, Fixup’s and Re-rent’s
– Building and Unit Minor/Moderate Maintenance and Repairs
– Building and Unit Major Repairs (optional, for extra income)
– Oversee Obligations of Service-Contractors, Sign In/Out
– Periodic Petty-cash Purchases
– Monthly-rent Collections, Accounting and Deposits
– Accurately Administer Receipts and Leases.
This position consists of routine and sporadic workloads that in total, add-up to part-time hours and is compensated accordingly. Thusly, to make ends meet; such financial compensation is to be considered as a supplement to any existing income(s). This position best suits a couple and/or someone with an existing income.
WHAT YOU BRING:
The successful candidate(s) shall appreciate and take pleasure from being able to effectively work from home… to not have the hassle of traveling to work, for the most-part; to have the ability to choose their own timetable to carryout a majority of their duties and tasks. As a trade-off; they are required to be flexibly on-standby, or… to have arranged for a Standby Substitute Super to cover for any odd occurrences that may crop-up from time-to-time. The successful candidate(s) will be capable of following firm, comprehensive and systematic instructions and directions in cooperation with the Property Manager. You must have exceptional attention to protocol and wide-ranging detail. You must also possess a patient, fair-minded, productive and considerate mindset, as you will be working as part of a team.
