Senior Analyst – Fraud Claims

Our client in the financial industry is seeking a Senior Analyst – Fraud Claims to join their team. As a Senior Analyst – Fraud Claims, you will be part of the Fraud Contact Services supporting Fraud Leadership team within the broader ITR team. The ideal candidate will have fraud experience, high-level Excel skills, computer skills, and analytical skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Analyst – Fraud Claims

Location: North York, ON  ( Onsite Role)

Pay Range: $26/hour.

Duration: 3 months with the possibility of extension

What’s the Job?

  • Handle Fraud Claims Representative, Fraud Detection Representative and Fraud Response Officer escalated files.
  • Complete Net Promoter Score (NPS) closed loop calls with impacted clients.
  • Recognize and escalate for review, aged files at individual level.
  • Provide feedback to management on individual performance results of frontline employees that contributes toward Performance Management & Measurement (PMM) annual and mid-year review cycles.
  • Support frontline employees in all three Fraud Response Centre, Fraud Detection and Fraud Claims departments.
