I am experience in: construction, demolition, concrete, insulation, poly, drywall, painting, sandblasting, cleaning, landscaping, moving, and general labour duties. I am equipped with full PPE, various hand tools, hand drills, and I do have an extra set of hands to help if needed. I usually charge between $20 – $25 an hour but I am open to giving a flat rate for the whole job. Cash is preferred and I don’t drive ATM so I rely on transit but have no problem getting to where I’m needed as long as it’s transit accessible.
