The Opportunity

Vision Ford is looking for a Bilingual Service Advisor. The Service Advisor’s role is to be the dealership’s first line of customer service. We are seeking a polite, friendly, and well-mannered individual to represent our company and the Vision Ford brand.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first-point of contact for customers in the Service Department
  • Sell products or services that will maintain vehicles
  • Schedule the work for technicians, in the service shop
  • Discuss with customers the recommended or required services for their vehicle
  • Gather information on vehicle condition from the technicians in order to inform the customer on recommended or urgently required services
  • Explaining the benefits of services and the potential outcomes of delaying repairs to customers

Qualifications

  • Must be able to speak in English and French
  • High school diploma, or equivalent, is required
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or sale
  • Must be able to write in English
  • Must have a valid driver’s licenses and a clean driver’s abstract
  • Strong customer service skills, and problem solving skills
  • Good work ethic
