Hiring Restaurant Manager

We are hiring for a full time experienced manager.

Location: Villa Madina Yonge Sheppard Centre

Responsibilities:
Run day to day restaurant operations
Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
Evaluate daily operations
Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
Monitor staff performance
Plan and organize daily operations
Recruit staff
Set staff work schedules
Supervise staff
Train staff
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
Conduct performance reviews
Organize and maintain inventory
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
Leading/instructing individuals
Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Provide customer service
Must be able to work Monday to Saturday
40 hours/week

Qualifications:
At least 5 years experience as restaurant manager
University Degree
Food Safety Certificate

$35/hour
