Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Identifying and investigating compliance issues
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for accounting and financial control
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for buying and selling of financial products
  • Establish policies and procedures for assessing credit and loan applications
  • Authorize loan and credit applications
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Advise senior management
  • Leading/instructing groups
  • Address customers’ complaints or concerns
  • Network to develop business relations, promote the sale of loan, investment and other banking services and attract corporate and individual customers
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
