Responsibilities
Tasks
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Prepare and submit reports
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
- Requisition materials and supplies
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Train or assist in the training of other workers
- Take, cancel and change room reservations
- Receive and record bookings for package tours
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services
- Provide information regarding features of rooms, service of hotel and points of interest
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
- Assist clients with check-in procedures for accomodation and/or transportation
