Live-in Superintendent Position for 2 People – Hamilton, ON

With over 60 years of experience, Stanbar Properties Limited is a stable and well-established property management company operating in the Hamilton and Burlington area. We are looking for two people to help take care of a high-quality, well-maintained, quiet Hamilton building.

Qualifications:
· Excellent cleaning skills
· Good interpersonal skills
· A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn

Duties include but are not limited to:
· Cleaning and vacuuming
· Daily walk-through of parking area and grounds
· Small repairs as required
· Prepare suites for new tenants
· Clear pathways and walkways during the winter
· Shared on-call
· One person may have outside work

Compensation:
· A lovely 2 Bedroom apartment: market rent is approximately $1750/month
· Salary: $2000/month
· Total Starting Compensation (Apartment Salary): $3,750 / month , which is $45,000/year.
