Handyman $30/hr

Crossett Renovations is looking to hire a handyman to work between the hours of 6:00pm – 6:00am. Hourly rate is $30/hr plus incentives for performance. This position requires you to be available 7 days a week.

Basic plumbing repairs (leaks, faucet replacement, toilet repairs)
Simple electrical repairs (outlet replacements, minor fixture repairs)
Drywall repairs (patching, sanding, painting)
Deck repairs and leveling
Door replacements and repairs (interior and exterior)
Augering sewer lines and other basic drain maintenance
Minor carpentry (cabinets, trim work, framing)
Small fixes (changing batteries, re-caulking, weather stripping)
Furniture assembly
Appliance troubleshooting and minor repairs
Property maintenance tasks, such as painting, siding repair, and minor landscaping adjustments
Must have your own phone, vehicle, and tools.
Own a proper truck as a service vehicle, capable of hauling garbage, junk, or larger items such as appliances and drywall.
