Job Description
The Nuna Group of Companies is now accepting resumes for Fleet Coordinator. Nuna is the largest Inuit-owned heavy civil construction, earthworks, and mine construction contractor in Canada.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support for the coordination of Fleet activities, ensuring seamless operation, site support, and organization of our heavy equipment assets.

Some Key Responsibilities:
- Mange Equipment Meter Readings
- Manage and maintain master equipment data
- Document new and existing processes related to fleet coordination
- Manage and maintain site fleet reporting
- Manage Equipment records and reporting
- Complete weekly fleet reporting
- Complete monthly fleet reporting
Job Requirements
Work Experience:
- Minimum of two years of administrative or systems administrator experience
- Two to Three years experience in a computerized office environment.
- Exposure to financial transactions related to heavy equipment
- Experience in a heavy equipment and or mining operation considered an asset.
Education:
- High School Diploma.
- Related Post Secondary certified education related to Business, Information Technology, or Computer Science
- Business diploma considered an asset
- Combinations of experience and education will be considered for this role.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (intermediate or advanced in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
- Basic report preparation.
- Experience with JDE is considered an asset.
- Excellent English (spoken/written/grammar/punctuation) and advanced interpersonal/communication skills.
- Able to multitask under tight deadlines and set priorities.
- Able to work in a team environment and independently, while demonstrating initiative and independent judgment.
- Polished and professional with strong attention to detail and superb organizational skills.
- Ability to implement new systems and processes to improve efficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
