Helper Wanted for Construction company – Milton, ON

We’re a small construction company based in Milton, Ontario, looking for a Helper to join our growing team! This is a semi-full-time role, depending on project needs, with excellent opportunities for training, advancement, and performance-based pay raises.

About the Job:
Starting Pay: $18–$20/hr, with quick raises based on performance.
Work includes caulking, waterproofing, window cleaning, exterior painting, and anchor point installation.
Requires ladder work and working at heights.
Opportunities to grow into managing your own team if you’re eager to learn.
Bonuses available for exceptional work!
What We’re Looking For:
Local to Milton, ON (transportation to job sites can be provided).
Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.
Work at Heights certification is an asset (and required for some tasks).
Construction or restoration experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train someone with the right attitude.
