PROPERTY MANAGER WANTED

Looking for a semi property manager to oversee 3 properties in the Barrie area….all 3 properties within the College area.
Person hired will really only be in charge of two main tasks:
1. Inspect properties…..2 properties every 3 months or less and one property at least twice per month and reporting any concerns/maintenance issues
2. Show property to potential tenant if any vacancy becomes available
OWNER will be responsible for everything else….addressing maintenance issues, screening potential tenants, collecting rent etc
No major experience necessary….this position is perfect for someone who is mature, responsible and looking for an easy extra income
Must have car
Pay is $200 per month
