landscaping/ Snow removal

Hello
This is a labour-intensive, physical job which will require you to work outdoors in varying weather conditions including cold and snow. In addition to being physically capable, the best candidate for this role will have had some previous experience working in a role involving physical labour, ideally outdoors.
Ideally you will have:
Experience in role involving physical labour
Experience operation tools/equipment such as shovels, skid steer, chainsaw. (ect)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Experience in operation various snow removal tool and equipment to carry out tasks, (shovels, sweeper scraper.
Experience in making sure when you leave the property to look back and be proud of what you did. Very neat and clean snow is lifted up and you can see the whole cement from one side to the other, knowing you did it.
We need a valid driver`s license and ability to produce a clean driver`s abstract ( A MUST)
also must be able to drive with trailer and back it up safely.
We are looking for someone to committed to showing up on time, working hard, and supporting their team to the best of their ability.
This is a job that is on call because we can`t predict when the snow is coming and how much. In the summer it is full time job.
We start at 5:00 am in winter
We start at 8:00 am till 4:30 pm summer
Starting rate is $18. hour
