Newly Certified Forklift Operator Seeking Experience

I am an individual who is looking for an entry-level forklift operator position. I have already obtained my forklift ticket out of my own pocket, and do not require compensation for it. I am willing to obtain other tickets (WHMIS, First Aid, etc.) as a condition of employment.

I don’t have much experience operating a forklift, but I do have several thousand hours of experience operating commercial riding lawnmowers and I am a fast learner. I am seeking the opportunity to develop my skills as a forklift operator, and my ideal position would either mostly or entirely revolve around the operation of one of these machines.

Given that this would be an entry-level position, I am comfortable if the pay reflects that. Again, this is more about gaining experience and developing skills.
