Part time shop helper/ welder wanted

Small home based welding/fabrication shop looking for shop helper with welding experience.
Primarily MIG welding, but SMAW and TIG would be an asset.
Must be able to read basic shop drawings.
Grinding, drilling, plasma cutting experience would be an asset.
4-16 hrs per week. Monday- Friday 8:30-4:30 and possibly some weekends. Flexible hours.
Not on bus route, must have own vehicle.
Must be able to work with minimum supervision at times.
Must be able to speak and read English.
Long term position for the right person.
Wage is dependent on experience and ability.
