Hiring Vinyl Decking Installers – Commercial Projects

We are Five Star Exterior Systems Inc., a trusted exterior renovation company currently seeking to expand our workforce to support upcoming commercial condominium projects. We are looking for either experienced vinyl decking installers who would like to make a competitive price per sq.ft, or potentially those new to the industry who are hard working and willing to learn.

In this role, you will be responsible for installing vinyl decking material on balconies to provide customers with safe, functional, and visually appealing outdoor living spaces on their new condominium.

Responsibilities:

– Measure and prepare balcony surfaces for vinyl decking installation
– Install vinyl decking material according to manufacturer specifications
– Ensure high quality workmanship and attention to detail
– Adhere to worksite safety protocols at all times
– Clean up job site after completion of work

Requirements:

– Experience in vinyl decking installation for balconies preferred but not required.
– Preference for those who own tools and equipment necessary for the job
– Ability to work independently once trained, and meet deadlines
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

This is a piece work subcontract position, and payment will be based on the amount of vinyl decking material installed per square foot.
