Job Type: Part-Time, On-Call

Compensation: $17-$20 per hour (paid in cash after completion of work)

Schedule: Mostly weekends, part-time on-call during the week

Requirements:

Must be legally able to work in Canada
Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs
Previous landscaping experience preferred
Experience operating skid steer equipment is a plus
Job Description:
Straw Hats Landscaping is seeking reliable individuals to join our team on a part-time, on-call basis. As a part-time laborer, you will assist with various landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and general maintenance. The position requires flexibility as work assignments will primarily occur on weekends with occasional on-call availability during the week.

Responsibilities:

Perform general landscaping duties as directed
Assist with loading and unloading materials
Operate equipment and tools as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Team player with good communication skills
Prior experience in landscaping is advantageous
Ability to operate a skid steer is a plus
