Spearing Service

 Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems including structural, brake and electrical systems.
 Diagnose faults or malfunctions and confirm findings with management to determine whether to repair or replace unit.
 Preventative maintenance on commercial trailers. Use of various hand tools and machinery to repair problems and welding of metals.
 Perform scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups;
 Repair of replace mechanical units or components using hand and power tools;
 Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with Dispatch
 Diagnose faults or malfunctions and inform management of the extent and possible costs of repair.
 Train apprentices on proper general maintenance of heavy duty equipment, including preventative measures.
 First point of contact on all equipment related issues both on and off site
 Conduct routine inspections and repair of al faulty equipment, including on site maintenance
 Complete testing and maintenance reports
 Develop and perform routine maintenance of trucks, trailers and other equipment
 Preventative maintenance on all trailers
 Testing and inspecting vehicle to ensure repairs are completed to manufacturer specifications and government standards
 Perform scheduled maintenance service.
