SOUS CHEF/ KITCHEN HELP needed

Responsibilities:
Sous Chef:
Assist the Head Chef in meal preparation and kitchen management
Oversee kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef
Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards
Train and supervise kitchen staff

Requirements:
Passion for food, especially Italian cuisine
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
For Sous Chef: Previous experience in a similar role required
