We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Harvest Labourer/Operator to join our team and help us ensure a successful and efficient harvest season.
As a Harvest Labourer/Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining harvest machinery and performing various labour tasks during the harvest season. Your role is crucial in ensuring that the harvest process runs smoothly and that the quality of our produce meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
– Operate and maintain harvest machinery, including combines and tractors.
– Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
– Assist with the harvesting of crops, wheat, canola, oats
– Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
– Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve harvest goals and deadlines.
– Perform general farm maintenance and cleanup tasks as needed.

Requirements:
– Previous experience operating harvest machinery is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
– Ability to work long hours and adapt to changing weather conditions.
– Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of manual labour.
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
– Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
