Seeking Experienced Nanny in Halifax, NS – $25/hr – Apply Now!

Our family in Halifax, Nova Scotia is seeking a reliable, empathetic, organized babysitter/house manager. We have two children ages 9 and 12. They need someone who will care about them as people, who will enforce reasonable boundaries, but who will also engage and play with them. Duties will include drives, overseeing homework/music practice, and someone to be there after school and on PD/snow/sick days. This position is live-out and includes housekeeping duties, organizing kid’s activities, grocery shopping, and meal preparation (kid lunches and dinner).
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25/hour. The ideal candidate must be wonderful with our children, be organized, proactive, and be capable of maintaining a clean household. Reliability, including for snow days, is of utmost importance to our family. A driver’s license and clean driving record are essential (car not necessary). Non-smokers only. Looking to hire for October.
