Service Coordinator

Your Way Auto is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team!

As a Service Coordinator with Your Way Auto, you will be the primary point of contact for customers. Your responsibilities will include managing vehicle detailing, workflow, and operational efficiency. You will receive vehicles, handle work orders, order parts, dispatch service tasks, and maintain inventory. If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Hourly Wage Range: $19.15 – $22.45/hour plus performance bonus

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Greet customers, receive vehicles, and create work orders.
• Coordinate and monitor vehicle detailing and service workflow.
• Order necessary parts and manage inventory, conducting regular checks.
• Communicate with customers on vehicle status and additional services.
• Oversee the detailing process to ensure high standards are met.
• Manage the work schedule for timely service delivery.
• Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accurate billing and resolving discrepancies.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for managing work orders and inventory.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
