Percussion Instructor

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Percussion Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will play a key role in educating and guiding students in various subjects or skills.
Duties
– Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans to students
– Provide individualized instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
– Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
– Assess student progress and provide feedback
– Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods
– Participate in professional development activities
Skills
Required:
– enrollment in or completion of Bachelor of Music degree program. Pay is commensurate with degree completion.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in the subject matter being taught.
– Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
– Patience and empathy towards students.
Nice-to-have:
– Experience working with diverse student populations.
– Knowledge of educational technology tools.
