Position Overview: We are looking for a talented and experienced Cook who specializes in preparing Indian appetizers and bread items. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with popular appetizers like tikki and pakora, as well as the ability to make perfect roti and bhature. Key Responsibilities:

– Appetizer Preparation: Prepare a variety of Indian appetizers, including tikki, pakora, and other popular items, following traditional recipes.
– Roti & Bhature: Skillfully make and cook roti and bhature to ensure they are light, fluffy, and flavorful.
– Ingredient Handling: Use fresh, high-quality ingredients and ensure proper storage to maintain their quality.
– Recipe Consistency: Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
– Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
– Collaboration: Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
– Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring ingredient inventory and report any shortages or quality issues.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in an Indian restaurant or similar setting, with a focus on appetizers and bread items.
