What needs time be done:
– Final grading of lot entrance
– Removal of weeds
– Cleaning ditch from weeds and growth
– Installation of 5-7″ river rocks on ditch surface (with geotextile barrier)
– Placement of small Armour stones to form 2 flower beds
– Remove old gate
– Other things to be discussed on site.
