Job description
310T Licensed Mechanic needed for a mobile role covering our businesses Ottawa, Ontario. A mobile service vehicle will be provided and outfitted with the necessary equipment; own tools will be required. Its a full-time opportunity to maintain and repair our fleet of Sweepers, Water Trucks, Dump Trucks, Live Bottom Trailers and Snow Plows.

Responsibilities:
– Perform routine heavy-duty truck inspections in yard with Mobile unit.
– Diagnose mechanical problems
– Repair vehicles including engines, HVAC, brakes, frame, steering, suspension, tires, wheels, drive train as
well as electrical system components.

Qualifications
– Min 2 years experience as a diesel mechanic
– 310T License required
– Class G Driver’s License with clean abstract to be provided
– You possess knowledge of all vehicle systems and have the skills and technical abilities to effectively
diagnose repairs and identify recommendations for maintenance.
– Strong attention to detail will ensure driver satisfaction. You take pride in performing maintenance and
repairs in an efficient and professional manner.
– You are able to work independently or as part of a team, versatile with proven ability to multitask.
– Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
– Previous experience in winter works operation is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $41.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 – 55 per week
