Take orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Cook:
Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to food safety guidelines.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet customer expectations.
Host/Hostess:
Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanour.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
Assist in maintaining a tidy and inviting atmosphere in the front-of-house.
Requirements:
Customer Focus: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility: Willingness to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Able to work till 6am in morning
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with both customers and team members.
