Your Contribution

Reporting to the Director, Employee Experience, the Human Resources Business Partner works closely with managers and employees in supporting the achievement of our business objectives for our business units located in Atlantic Canada. Sitting in the Moncton, Saint John, or Fredericton, New Brunswick office, you will be the primary contact for all HR and Recruitment related situations for your assigned client group, your mandate will consist of:

  • Provide Managers with HR expertise and assistance in people management within a changing environment;
  • Participate with HR colleagues to develop programs and solutions adapted to our business needs and internal customers’ specific requirements;
  • Drive HR compliance, work injury follow-up and ensure consistency of HR practices and policies;
  • Ensure continuous understanding of employees and management needs and recommend appropriate solutions and actions to resolve situations;
  • Provide coaching and counsel to management on general employee relations, including disciplinary and performance issues;
  • Participate in talents identification programs, coordinate and monitor succession plans;
  • Identify development needs for people in your client group;
  • Support management for workforce planning;
  • Fully manage the entirety of the talent acquisition life cycle including, but not limited to;
  • working closely with internal clients to determine Human Resources needs, assisting and guiding them in writing and editing job descriptions
  • Monitor, analyze, distribute applicants to appropriate hiring managers
  • Participate in and complete pre-screens, interviews, due diligence checks, offer letters and onboarding documentation
  • Apply and promote Englobe’s health and safety rules
  • Your Profile

    • Bilingualism (French) is mandatory.
    • Excellent English oral and writing skills.
    • Minimum three (3) year in an HR client service facing position and/or involvement in recruitment activities
    • Degree or diploma in Human Resource Management.
    • Knowledge of Employment Standards Acts, Human Rights, Labour Laws, and Health and Safety
    • Member of the Chartered Human Resources Profession (or CPHR Candidate) is an asset
    • A strong sense and enjoyment in continuous learning, fact-finding, and the ability to multi-task.
    • Demonstrated sensitivity and consideration for occupational health and safety.

    Qualifications:
