We are currently recruiting to help with the growing demands of our clients.
JOB SUMMARY: Directly supervise and coordinate activities of Construction / Roofing Trade Workers. Perform both supervisory and management functions and also engage in the same construction/roofing trade work as the workers they supervise. Schedules work and assigns duties to workers. Inspects work in progress and when completed to determine conformance to specifications.
JOB DUTIES
• • Supervise multiple production/service crews
• • Responsible for doing project inspections — prior to, during, and after completion
• • Schedule day-to-day operations (Schedule permit inspection, order equipment, etc)
• • Maintaining a safe working environment according to OSHA Standards
• • High quality customer service, maintaining communication with the customer
• • Planning and executing a successful project
• • Work closely with other team members for ordering materials for projects
• • Track Man Hours Worked vs. Job Budget
• • Daily site reports (Production Progress, photos, etc)
• • Coordination with estimator to plan up coming projects
QUALIFICATIONS
• • At least 5 years of roofing experience
• • At least 2 years of management / supervisory experience
• • Knowledge of OSHA Compliance
• • Must have good working knowledge of roofing procedures
• • Requires excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills
• • Proficient with Microsoft Office
• • A valid driver’s license (in good standing) is required
• • Clean Criminal Record Check
• • Capable of reading blueprints and building plans
• • Ability to withstand extreme weather conditions
• • Must be able to lift 75 lbs
