Responsibilities:
Book and schedule loads for drivers
Coordinate and manage daily dispatch operations
Communicate with drivers and customers to ensure timely deliveries
Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities
Troubleshoot and resolve any load or delivery issues
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards
Qualifications:
Minimum of [2 years] experience as a dispatcher in the transportation industry
Strong knowledge of load booking and dispatch systems
