Energetic and compassionate Developmental Service Worker student looking to secure a co-op placement to hone my skills and apply my theoretical knowledge in a practical setting. With a strong focus on personalized care, advocacy and collaborative team work, I am proficient in creating inclusive environments conducting need assessments, and providing direct support. My objective is to contribute effectively to the team and enhance my critical thinking abilities through more of hand-on experience in performance management.
