Construction worker(s) needed part time & long term in London ON

Looking for individuals with expertise in the construction sector. This is a part time but potentially long term opportunity to work on multiple projects that may arise from time to time in London ON. Pay is by project, typically at rates of $25 to $35 hour HST depending on your experience. Payment made upon receipt of invoice and by etransfer to email in your invoice. Currently looking for someone who is available this week and can erect a dry wall, insert a door and paint to create a room. Please provide a cost or time range estimate for this job and advise on your availability to complete.
