Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Team Member to join our dynamic team. The Team Member will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating various stations within the restaurant, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Duties
– Perform cashiering duties efficiently and accurately
– Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales
– Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems effectively
– Assist in kitchen operations as needed
– Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas
– Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
– Utilize basic math skills for transactions and inventory management
– Provide outstanding customer service at all times
Qualifications
– Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Willingness to learn and adapt to various roles within the restaurant
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
