Job Description:
As a Residential Cleaner at Karma Home Cleaning, you will be responsible for performing high-quality cleaning services in residential properties. You will work in a supportive and dynamic environment where attention to detail and dedication to customer service are paramount.

Responsibilities:
Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in various rooms (kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms).
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks.
Clean kitchen appliances and surfaces, including countertops and cabinets.
Maintain cleanliness and order in living areas, dusting furniture, and vacuuming floors.
Adhere to company policies and cleaning protocols to ensure the highest quality of service.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address specific cleaning needs and preferences.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is an asset but not required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the GTA.
