Licensed Master Electrician (416 316-4388) with 20 years of experience – able to do any kind of electrical and fire alarm work:
-Can work for as designated master electrician for ESA
– Tesla/ EV charging stations
– Diagnose and fix electrical problems
– Remove fuse panels and install breaker panels
– Install electrical vehicle charging stations/receptacle
– Upgrade electrical services from 60A to 100A and from 100A to 200A and 400A
– Conduct home inspections – electrical thermal imaging scans using high resolution camera
– Install pot lights
– Remove broken breakers and install new breakers
– Install central vacuum cleaner
– Install washer, dryer, stove, dishwasher, hot tub, floor heating with timer
– Replace aluminum wiring for copper wiring
– Install snow melting systems, heat tracing
– Emergency light and battery backup unit
– Exit light systems
– Exhaust fan, panel, motor & pump, transformer
– Sump pumps
– Power generators
– Test Fire Alarm Systems
– Verify Fire Alarm Systems
– Eliminate troubles , grounds, shorts on Fire Alarm Systems
– Replace heat detectors , smoke detectors , horns , bells , strobes , pull stations , carbon monoxide detector, duct smoke detector
– Maintenance of fire alarm systems
– Test fire sprinkler systems
– Test kitchen suppression systems
– Develop and get approval of Fire Safety Plans by the fire department
