Looking for a Mandarin speaking general labourer good with tools

Looking for a general labourer with construction experience. MUST be able to speak Mandarin fluently. Job has the following requirements:

– Must be able to speak and understand Mandarin
– Must have at least 1 year of construction experience
– Hard hat, steel toe safety boots, and high visibility shirt/vest
– WHMIS is required but we can help you get this
