Position Overview:

• We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead our store operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and a commitment to fostering a high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure store sales targets are met each month.
• Coach and develop the sales team to enhance performance and drive sales.
• Train new team members and support ongoing professional development.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard sales team members to build a strong workforce.
• Oversee the warehouse manager and warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist the warehouse team in problem-solving when issues arise.
• Address and resolve customer service issues promptly and effectively.
• Oversee our in-home design program to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Commissioned sales experience.
• Management experience in a retail environment.
• Customer service experience.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
