general help

I am looking for someone that can hang/mount about 10 to 12 fluorescent light fixtures under my deck/work shop area so it is nothing fancy. However I would also want you to run the wiring to these BUT you do not have to hook them up to the electrical panel if you do not like doing that. So you must be a common sense guy re small problems . Now if you happen to know a bit about electrical work I have many many yard lights and pond lights ( some are 12 volt and some 110 volt ).
