Skilled Labourer / Carpenter

Position: Skilled Labourer / Carpenter with potential to grow within the company.

Full Time: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Location: Ottawa & Surrounding Areas. Jobs may vary from Central Ottawa to Carleton Place / Almonte area.

We are a small “family like” Home Renovation business.

Starting Pay: $26 per hour, based on skill level & experience.

2 weeks paid holidays. 5 paid sick days.

Company shirts and hats are provided.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
Hard-working, punctual, reliable, ambitious, has excellent people skills and has an eye for detail.
A valid driver’s license / own transportation.
Positive attitude and team player.
Able to work well with others.
Great communication skills.
Able to maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with customers and sub trades.
Well organized with an ability to focus on attention to detail.
Able to follow detailed instructions and complete tasks on time.
Must have standard tools; tool belt, hand tools, tape measure, hammer, square, safety boots etc.
Working at heights and WHMIS training is an asset but not necessary.

Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in Home Renovations.
