Experienced Painter (Commercial & Residential) – Part-Time
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team for both commercial and residential painting projects. The job size will vary, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment. This is a part-time position, perfect for someone with flexible availability. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality painting finishes and working within job timelines.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and paint various surfaces in both residential and commercial settings.
– Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
– Prepare surfaces by washing, sanding, scraping, and priming as needed.
– Clean up the job site after the project is complete.
– Ensure all projects meet our quality standards.
– Collaborate with the team and clients to deliver excellent results.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a painter in both commercial and residential settings.
– Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Knowledge of different painting techniques and finishes.
– Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently under deadlines.
– Must have reliable transportation and basic painting tools.
– Flexibility to work on different-sized projects as needed.
