Job Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service & Hospitality
• Take customer orders and deliver food and beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Barista
Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including coffee, espresso, tea and specialty drinks, following standard recipes and procedures. Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all beverages
Guest service: Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude, take guest orders, provide recommendations and customize beverages based on guest requests, address guest inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
Cash Handling: Process guest payments accurately using POS system, handle cash, credit cards and electronic payments while maintaining cash register integrity.

Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with fellow baristas and team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations, communicate effectively to ensure timely execution of orders and tasks.
Promotions and Upselling: Stay informed about current promotions, new menu items and seasonal offerings and proactively engage guests with information

Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Previous experience in guest service, food service or coffee preparation is preferred
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
· Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues
· Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
· Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
· Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays
