Hiring Painters for Pay up to $35.00 hourly

$33.00 to $35.00 hourly for Painters with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

$30.00 to $32.50 hourly for Painters with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

$26.00 to $29.50 hourly for Painters with less than 2 years of experience.

$25.00 hourly for Painters with no experience.

$40.00 hourly for Red Seal Painters.

A Fair Living Wage through a minimum annual wage increase above the reported annual inflation rate increase(s).

Addition wage increases based on individual performance.

Project bonuses. for early completion of projects.

Profit sharing. (We share a % of the profits generated with all employees)

Retirement Plan Contributions. (We contribute to your retirement/ freedom)

Client Referral Bonuses. (Earn a % of the Sales Commission)

Trainer Premium. (Earn a premium to train co-workers)

Project Lead-hand Premium. (Earn a premium to manage a project service team)

All Painters must be capable of working at heights depending upon project requirements.

All Painters must learn and follow our process.

All Painters must be willing to learn and meet our quality control expectations/ standards.

Refer a Painter and earn up to $1,000.00 paid in four equal payments of one payment per quarter (3 Months) your referred Painter continues their employment with us, with the first payment paid upon completion of their first three months probationary period. Any person can refer a Painter, each referred Painter can only be referred by one person. The referred Painter must state whom referred them.
