Registered Nurse RN (Multiple Hires)
Anderson Blake is seeking Registered Nurses RN to support it’s clients Ontario. You will enjoy a flexible schedule that allows you to achieve your goals and provide you a good work life balance. Accountabilities:
• Safe nursing practice in all aspects of the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care
• Professional, patient-centred care to ensure patient safety and psychological well-being, associated with creating a therapeutic relationship and environment
• Providing care in a compassionate and caring manner within a diverse cultural environment
• Practicing according to the infection control and prevention measures

Qualifications
• Experience within the last five years, with minimum of two years in an acute medical/surgical unit along with a critical care certificate is required or a minimum of two full years recent experience as a critical care nurse required
• Sound knowledge of nursing process, theory, and responsibilities to the nursing profession
• Demonstrated knowledge of patient and family-centred care
• Demonstrated experience with patient and family health teaching required
• Ability to prioritize patient care needs and make autonomous decisions

All successful candidates will be required to complete a police reference check/vulnerable sector screen and submit proof of two doses of vaccination against COVID-19, unless exempt. Such exemptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
