Our menu highlights classic diner favorites made from fresh, high-quality ingredients and includes a very slight nod to Asian cuisines.

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a love for cooking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to our recipes and standards, ensuring that every dish is of the highest quality.

Responsibilities:

– Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
– Ensure all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Follow all health and safety regulations
– Assist with inventory and stock management
– Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
– Provide input on menu development and specials

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role
– Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
– Food Handler Certification is a plus
