Front Server/Bartender Required

JOB DUTIES
1) Let patrons know of wait times and contact them as a table becomes available
2) Take reservations over the phone, online platforms, or in-person
3) Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming front-of-house experience
4) Seat guests at designated tables and take drink orders, if necessary
5) Answer questions about the food and beverage menu, as needed
6) Understand the needs of wait staff to ensure sections are not overcrowded
7) Flexible schedule for working weekends and evenings

REQUIRED SKILLS
1) Customer service skills
2) Organization skills for scheduling and booking reservations and tables
3) Strong verbal and written communication skills
4) Excellent problem-solving abilities
5) Knowledge of food and beverage health and safety initiatives
6) Teamwork and collaboration skills

We need someone with one year of Canadian experience in a fine dining restaurant.
