60 yr old Respected Transportation company is looking for an experienced dispatcher

Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Dispatcher at our transportation company located near Grimsby, Ontario. The role involves coordinating and overseeing the scheduling and dispatching of transportation services, communicating with drivers and clients, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Proficiency with Samsara, ACI/e, or border connect systems a plus.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Experience in transportation operations or dispatching
Proficiency in using dispatching software and GPS systems
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of southern Ontario, and surrounding areas
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Must be able to manage stress
Be a team player
