HVAC Technician (Subcontractor)

We are seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team as subcontractors. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing residential customers’ heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This is an excellent opportunity for independent technicians to increase their earning potential while maintaining independence.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation units.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems.
• Ensure all systems comply with safety and efficiency standards.
• Perform regular maintenance to optimize system performance.
• Maintain detailed records of work completed.
• Comply with company safety protocols and industry regulations.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician (5 years preferred).
• Valid G2 and 313A licences required
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and technical components.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills and customer service-oriented attitude.
• TSSA registration, Commercial Liability Insurance, WSIB Clearance
• Reliable unmarked transportation and own tools.
