Looking for Experienced Handyman in Leslieville Area

Im looking tor a rellable handyman who lives in or near the Leslieville area to help maintain a building I manage. The role would involve receiving maintenance emails directly and addressing issues as they come up. This would be a long term role paid by the maintenance request (hourly) with materials covered separately.
If you’re local to Leslieville and are interested in flexible, ongoing work, this could be a great fit! You’ll be responsible for general repairs and maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
– Must live in or near Leslieville for quick response times
– Experience with general repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
– Able to source and manage materials needed for the job
