Decor Floors Limited is currently looking for skilled and dependable individuals who exhibit reliability, excellent communication, and strong customer service skills to join our team in full-time roles in the following positions:

FLOORING INSTALLERS

We are looking for full time in-house installer with expertise in the following areas:
1) Flooring installers capable of handling carpet, hardwood, laminate, and vinyl installations for residential and commercial projects.
2) Installers skilled in sanding and refinishing hardwood floors, staircases, and installing new steps.
3) Tile installers with expertise in ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tiles, including backsplash and bath/shower applications. Experience in bathroom and standing shower rebuilds for residential (condos and houses) and commercial projects is essential.

DRYWALLER/PAINTER
Full time in-house drywaller/painter specializing in installation, repairs, mudding and taping, painting and plastering, and framing for residential projects.

SALES REPRESENTATIVES
1) Seeking Sales Representatives with experience in flooring.
2) Engage with customers to understand their flooring needs and preferences.
3) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
4) Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets
5) Provide expert advice on products and installation options.
6) Responsible for creating drawings, taking precise measurements and conducting site visits.
